K. Tsigounaki's expertise covers administrative litigation, both challenging and defending decisions before administrative agencies as well as before administrative courts of all instances. Further afield, K. Tsigounaki has remarkable experience in intricate commercial and corporate law litigation, acting for major corporations and professionals alike. Her work also focuses on providing her clients with concise and timely advice on their daily business operation (business transactions, complex commercial agreements, incorporation of companies etc).

She advises a major IT company and is also the legal counsel of a company, whose activity focuses on the production and trading of nanotechnology products.

K. Tsigounaki graduated from the Athens University Law School. She is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1997. She is fluent in English and French.

• Represented a Greek group of companies before the competent Prefectures and the Supreme Administrative Court in various cases concerning public tenders for    services to the local authorities.
• Acted for an aviation company before the Supreme Administrative Court in a case relating to the company's debarment from a public tender for repair services to    the Greek air force.
• Represented a company in the industry of information technology before the Supreme Administrative Court in a case relating to the company's debarment from a    public tender worth over 5,000,000 € for services to the Ministry of Justice.
• Acting for a Research and Development company before a Secretariat of the Ministry of Education in a case concerning the funding of a research program    exceeding the amount of 850,000 €.
• Represented a major hotel company against a Greek Bank in recovering illegal loan interest rate.
• Acted for a major information technology company in a third party appeal contesting a decision that overruled a bankruptcy petition.
• Acted for a French company in a case relating to the enforcement of a judgment issued by the Paris Commercial Tribunal in Greece.
• Represented one of the main shareholders of a cosmetics company in a dispute relating to the annulment of the donation of shares to a company's executive.
• Acted as legal counsel for a leading motor vehicle import company.
• Consulted an information and communications technology company on its participation in a tender worth over 2,000,000 € that was issued by a leading Greek    bank.
