PROFILE

Born in Athens 1964, A. Tsenes is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Athens Bar Association. He has studied in the American College and obtained his law degree from the Athens University Law School. He is fluent in English. He is one of the managing partners of the firm.

A. Tsenes is specialized in complex and often multi-jurisdictional civil and commercial/corporate disputes.   • Advised a Cannes based transportation by helicopters company against a Monaco based competitor and the State of France, seeking damages of 28,000,000 €.
  • Represented various businesses (i.e. shipyard, fish farm, multiplex cinemas, film distributor, industries, ship-owners etc) in a series of court cases related to    shareholders' disputes and companies' management.
  • Acted for a City of London banker in defending civil proceedings brought by the Bank in London, Athens and Piraeus for alleged misconduct, deceit and breach of    fiduciary duty.
  • Defended a senior executive and his family in a series of a will, inheritance and real estate court cases against a resident of California, USA.
  • Acted for a New York based law firm in a case brought against it in Athens Courts.
  • Represented a shipping and hotel entrepreneur in a complex divorce Court dispute, which involved property claims in excess of 50,000,000 $.
